- 2- Fill in the forms without converting and send it along with a copy of the required documents below in PDF.
- 3- Required documents (PDF copy is preferable):
- Certificate of competency/proficiency
- Seaman book with all stamps
- STCW certificates
- GOC (For Officers only)
- Passport
- International medical certificate
- Yellow fever certificate
- Vaccination with QR code
- ID
- Personal photo with white background
- References/sea service certificates (if applicable)
